New structure, same excellent service

2018 will be a year of change for Culture Syndicates as we invest in staffing to create a more efficient
structure. How we support heritage and arts organisations will remain the same, led by our new
Head of Projects, Hollie Davison, and a Projects Officer. Directors, Jess Tarver and Charlotte Pratley,
will direct the company from Board level, freeing up resources to invest in the two new roles.
Over the past two years, Culture Syndicates has experienced phenomenal growth. We’ve more than
tripled our turnover and implemented a robust business plan to take us forward for the next three
years. We’ve scaled up our social impact model and are now better placed to support the arts than
ever before.

Hollie Davison begins as Head of Projects from 1 st April. She will be instrumental in continuing to
deliver excellent service to the heritage and arts industry, bringing her creative and thorough
approach to the company as we support clients to negotiate the new funding landscape.
We say goodbye to our Marketing & Operations Co-ordinator, Lizzie Irving, who has gained a
fantastic  role at the Theatre Royal, and our Project Manager, Helen Simmons, who
will be making waves up North. Lizzie and Helen have significantly contributed to our development
and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work.

A Projects Officer post will be advertised shortly via our website, newsletter and jobs sites.
