26th July 2018  In  Annual Impact Reports ,  Community Engagement ,  News And Opportunities ,  Training And Employability Showing Culture Syndicates’ impact over the last financial year. In the past year we have had a positive impact upon our staff, with 77% of our former Heritage Assistants finding employment in an arts role or continuing education. We upskilled six sector entrants and provided capacity to six local partner museums with the Resilience Syndicate internship scheme. We have retained our focus upon small to medium sized museums, whilst diversifying our offer to work nationally and create new tender partnerships which will enable us to work on larger projects. We look forward to the exciting projects we have coming up in 2018/19.
